About Coach Saber
Coach Saber has worked professionally in the fitness industry since 2000, beginning his career in Egypt as a fitness and bodybuilding instructor before progressing into senior fitness and personal training roles in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He later continued his career in Qatar, working as a professional fitness instructor, MMA coach, and Jiu-Jitsu coach.
His diverse experience enables him to work with students and athletes across different disciplines, combining martial arts technique with physical conditioning and performance-focused training.
Qualifications & Expertise
Coach Saber holds several fitness and bodybuilding qualifications, including an IFBB Diploma in Physical Fitness, an IFBB Diploma in Weight Training Prescription, and training in bodybuilding and physical fitness judging. His martial arts background includes a Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt as well as experience in Aikido, MMA, and Muay Thai.

Competition Experience
Coach Saber has competed across several martial arts and fitness disciplines. His listed achievements include a bronze medal at the 2017 Abu Dhabi World Jiu-Jitsu Championship, participation in a 2018 Thai Boxing championship in Phuket, Thailand, 4th place at a European Jiu-Jitsu competition in Portugal in 2019, and a silver medal at the 2022 Qatar Jiu-Jitsu Championship.
His competitive background also extends into bodybuilding and men’s physique, including competitions in Egypt and Europe.
